How it was made
This ice cream combines a rich egg yolk custard base with caramelized sourdough bread, soaked with milk and cream to achieve a pudding-like texture before it is strained and combined with EXBERRY® Shade Rustic Brown. Raspberry jam variegate and ricotta chunks made from whipped ricotta and honey are swirled in to create a nostalgic yet an adventurous flavor experience.
